Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GlowAI ("the service"), available at myglowai.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use GlowAI

You must be at least 16 years old to use GlowAI. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. What GlowAI is

GlowAI is a cosmetic skincare tool that uses AI to analyse photos and provide general cosmetic suggestions, scores, and routines. It is for cosmetic and informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please see our Cosmetic Disclaimer for full details.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• GlowAI offers a free tier and a paid premium subscription.
• Premium is billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Stripe, at the price shown at sign-up.
• A free trial may be offered; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will begin and you will be charged.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing in future; any change will not affect your current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use GlowAI only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone without their consent, or photos you do not have the right to use.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you provide. You grant us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service (for example, sending a photo to our AI provider to generate your analysis). GlowAI does not store your photo in its own database or persistent file storage. Your photo is transmitted to Anthropic solely to generate your analysis and is handled under Anthropic's retention policy, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. No guarantees

GlowAI is provided "as is". Results are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowAI and its operator will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any outcome arising from your use of or reliance on the service or its suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service. You may close your account at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are subject to the laws that apply to the service and to you. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
